Cookie Policy
One optional tool, Google Analytics. Where the law requires it we ask first, and anyone can switch it off. This page explains exactly what that means.

The short version
This website uses one optional tool that sets cookies, Google Analytics, and never sets advertising cookies. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland we ask before it runs. Elsewhere it runs by default. Anyone can change their choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. Cookies are commonly used for three things: keeping you signed in, remembering a preference, and tracking your behaviour across sites for advertising. This site does none of the first or the third. With your permission it does a limited version of the second, below.
What this site uses
Always, because the site needs them to work:
- Strictly necessary cookies set by our hosting provider for security and load balancing, where applicable
- Browser local storage that remembers your cookie choice, which stays on your device and is never sent to us
- A cookie named mnc-region, set by our server for one day, which records only whether your location requires us to ask before analytics runs
Analytics, and when we ask first
Google Analytics 4 sets the cookies _ga and _ga_RRWVECXQ73. They let us count visits and see which pages are useful, and expire after up to two years. Advertising features are switched off, and Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.
In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, no Google Analytics code is loaded and these cookies are never set until you accept. Elsewhere, Google Analytics runs unless you switch it off. Wherever you are, if you decline or change your mind, we stop it and remove its cookies.
Third-party content
Fonts are served from Google Fonts. Where you follow a link to LinkedIn, X or Facebook, those services will apply their own cookie policies once you arrive. We have no control over and no visibility of that.
If we add a chat widget or an embedded video player, this page will be updated, and consent asked for where the law requires it, before the change goes live.
Controlling cookies
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies through its settings, and offers a private browsing mode that discards them when you close the window. Blocking cookies will not prevent this site from working. To change your analytics choice on this site, use "Cookie settings" in the footer.
