What this policy covers

This policy explains what information Mad N Creative Design Studio collects when you use madncreativedesign.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It does not cover anything we hold under a signed client agreement, which is governed by that agreement instead.

Information you give us

The only information this website asks you for is what you type into the project enquiry form. That is your name, your email address, optionally your company, the kind of help you are looking for and a description of your challenge.

We use it for one purpose: to reply to you and, if it goes further, to scope a piece of work. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside the studio and the service providers listed below.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, timestamp, for security and reliability. These are retained for a short period and are not used to build a profile of you.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and how people move around the site. It records information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address.

If you are in the European Union, the wider European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google Analytics runs only if you agree to it in the cookie notice. Elsewhere it runs by default. Wherever you are, you can switch it off at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer, and we will remove its cookies.

We work out which of those applies from the approximate country your connection comes from, as reported by our hosting provider. If it cannot be determined, we ask.

We run no advertising pixels or social tracking scripts.

Cookies

This website sets analytics cookies and never sets advertising cookies. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland it asks you first. See our Cookie Policy for the full detail.

Who we share information with

We share the information you send us only with the service providers that make the site and our correspondence work:

• Our hosting provider, which serves the site and keeps server logs
• Our email provider, which delivers and stores our correspondence with you
• Google, which provides Google Analytics, unless you have switched it off
• Where we use one, a customer relationship tool for tracking enquiries

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to twenty-four months, so that we have context if you come back to us, and then deleted. Enquiries that become projects are retained under the terms of that engagement.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond within thirty days. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you additional rights, for instance under the UK or EU GDPR, we will honour those rights regardless of where you are contacting us from.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in systems protected by access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send confidential commercial information through the enquiry form: tell us it exists and we will arrange a secure route.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
